The locking mechanism has been compromised and will not function as intended. It appears the previous owner may have attempted to switch the locking sides between left and right. During our inspection, we found that the bolt is seized within the assembly, and the top O-shaped nut has been sheared off. Because it is sheared, the O-shaped nut can no longer tighten down to secure the Y-arm in place. This component will need repair or replacement before proper use. We recently acquired a large inventory of overstock items. These items are missing the manufacturer’s original packaging.
